Man Used Hidden Pen Camera to Look up Women’s Skirts

Lincoln Police ticketed a Crete man Monday after he was caught filming up women’s dresses at Westfield Shoppingtown Gateway in Lincoln.
Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood said a mall employee observed 21-year-old Manuel Melgar of Crete standing very close to female customers in Avant Card and putting his foot near their feet.
Spy pen camera good for taking upskirts
When Police arrived, they found a camera disguised as a pen taped to Melgar’s right shoe.
Melgar was cited for Disturbing the Peace.
