Pen Camera Upskirt Photographer Charged

Soo Ee Hock had surreptitiously filmed upskirts of unknown women with a black camera pen clipped to his laptop bag while traveling on escalators in Singapore.

By the time the 36-year-old sales manager was caught in July last year after a reign of some five months upskirting , he had captured 201 images of women’s panties at various locations including Ang Mo Kio Hub, Compass Point and Junction 8 shopping centres.
