West Australian Police have charged a 42-year-old man with multiple indecency counts, alleging he secretly filmed up the skirts of hundreds of women and at least 24 young girls.

The man, from Geraldton in mid Western Australia, was charged after police seized computer hardware from him.

Apparently the man covertly upskirted hundreds of women and approximately 24 female children in various locations in Geraldton and Perth,” police said in a statement on Thursday.

The camera was positioned so he could manoeuvre it at ground level near the legs of females so he could film their panties.
