Perth Australia has been in the upskirt news this week

A 46 year old upskirter apparently hid a camera inside a drinks cooler to film up a woman’s skirt.

The guy from the southeastern suburbs was arrested today after it was alleged he had filmed up a woman’s skirt during the Great Victorian Bike Ride.

Police were told the victim was watching the last day of the event in Darwin St, Marysville, when she felt a bump from the man standing next to her.
