KISSIMMEE, Florida — A Central Florida man was arrested on suspicion of taking upskirt videos of more than 50 unsuspecting women at stores, including at least one time in which he had his 5-year-old son with him.

Lowis Garcia III, 30, of Kissimmee, was arrested Wednesday on charges of video voyeurism and child abuse charges.
