Indiana man to Stand Trial for Video Upskirt

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indiana man can stand trial on charges related to shooting video underneath the skirts of teenagers at Castleton Square Mall.

The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled Monday that attempted child exploitation charges will be allowed in the case involving David Delagrange, of Fort Wayne.
